TELEPHONE ORDERS
We are happy to accept telephone orders. We will ask for the following information: whether you are using, Master Card or Visa, your card number, and expiration date. Orders requested to be paid by check or money order will be shipped when we receive your payment.

OVER AND UNDER PAYMENT
Increases or decreases in prices or shipping charges may result in over or under payment. Any over payment will be refunded with your order. If you shipment is accompanied with notification of under payment. Please promptly remit the amount due. Prices are due to change, when they occurred to us.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT
We ship by Parcel Post. All shipping charges are based upon the Parcel Post rate. On shipments exceeding 100 lb., we reserve the right to ship by truck. The following states have free shipping if your orders are for $60.00 dollars or more: Idaho, Oregon, Washington State, Nevada, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming.
